Kia ora Dave,

We do not consider that the additional information alters the proposal by Fiordland Lobster Company so significantly that it requires a further submission period. The main points of the proposal have not altered, and this further information provides only detail on the points contained in the proposal at the time it was publicly notified.

We consider that it is fair to allow submitters who have met the submissions deadline the opportunity to consider the additional information prior to any hearing process and alter their submission in relation to this further detail.

I understand the frustration for those who missed the deadline, but we are not reopening submissions to the general public.
